Newburyport September Home Sales Range From $852,500 To $2.5 Million
Newburyport recorded 14 property transfers between Aug. 28 and Sept. 26, with seven prices posted so far ranging from $852,500 to $2.5 million and a median of $1,650,000. The top sale was 18 Moseley Ave, which sold for $2,500,000. Half of the month's transfers involved a trust as buyer or seller, several between family members sharing a surname, and at least six sales were condominium units. The remaining seven sale prices had not yet been entered into the registry as of this report, a routine data lag rather than a withheld figure.
