Newburyport Deed Sales Range From $725,000 to $8 Million in Latest Filing Period
Newburyport recorded 14 property transfers between Aug. 14 and Sept. 12, with seven listing disclosed sale prices ranging from $725,000 to $8 million and a median of $1,100,000. The month's top sale was 25 Hale St. at $8 million, sold by Hale Street 25 Realty LLC to Dmingo Real Estate Holdings LLC. Five of the 14 transfers, more than a third, were trust or same-party transfers carrying no disclosed price. Sales spanned single-family homes, condominium units and manufactured-home lots, with no single street accounting for more than one transaction, indicating a geographically dispersed month of activity rather than concentration in one part of town.
