Anne Hartnett, 76, of Newburyport, died June 19, 2026. She was predeceased by her parents, John Hartnett and Alice Hartnett (Noone). She is survived by her brother John Hartnett of Newbury; her cousin Jack Goodrich (Claire) of Florida; and her goddaughter Anne Mary. A funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, June 30, 2026, at 10:30 AM at Immaculate Conception Church, 42 Green St., Newburyport; burial will follow at St. Mary's Cemetery, 106 Brimbal Ave., Beverly. Memorial donations may be made to Merrimack Health Charitable Trust, 1 General Street, Lawrence, MA 01841, in support of Lawrence General Hospital, per the family's wishes. Sachiko "Sachi Oki" Geekie, 89, of Newburyport, died June 21, 2026. She was predeceased by her husband Jim. She is survived by her son James W. Geekie (Holly) of Newmarket, NH; her daughters Barbara Gagnon (Robert) of Merrimac, MA, Kimberly Lafrance (Richard) of Salisbury, MA, Susan Mitchell (Craig) of Palm Coast, FL, Tracy Geekie (James Chambers) of Gonic, NH, and Rebecca Geekie of Melrose, MA; along with grandchildren, a great-grandchild, and close friends. A graveside service will be held on Thursday, July 2, 2026, at 11:00 AM at Belleville Cemetery, 26 Storey Ave., Newburyport. Memorial donations may be made to Sarah's Place Too - Adult Day Health Center, 180 Water Street, Haverhill, MA 01830, per the family's wishes.
