Newburyport recorded 14 property deed transfers between July 10 and Aug. 8, but only three disclosed a sale price, ranging from $965,000 to $1,899,900 with a median of $1,025,000. The month's top disclosed sale was 21 Erie Ave, which sold for $1,899,900 to Joseph Gruber. At least eight of the 14 recorded deeds were transfers in which the buyer's name matched the seller's, typically moves into a trust bearing that person's name, and none of those disclosed a price.
